New: Whitewater Training Courses in Ireland 2007/8
This winter for the first time, Liveonce Adventure will be offering whitewater kayaking courses based in Ireland.
Irish Canoe Union Level 4 Training Courses: Want to improve your skill levels on class 3/4whitewater? Then our ICU level 4 kayak training courses are for you. We will cover the Irish Canoe Union syllabus while adding cutting edge new school boat control techniques, to enable the student to safely and skillfully run class 3-4 whitewater. Instruction will be by Rob Coffey. Course cost 220 euro.

Steep creeking courses: Are you looking to push your grade, and feel comfortable on harder rivers like the Flesk? Water levels permitting, this course will look at the core skills necessary to make the jump to harder and steeper rivers in a controlled manner. Course cost 220 euro
